Puppy Love

People ask me all the time how Max likes Andrew.  It's a reasonable question. Max has never been much of a fan of kids and has spent more than a few days hiding under our guest room bed when we had friends, especially if small children were in attendance.  On one such occasion a very observant little girl asked me if Max lived under the bed.  Not quite... only when he hears little feet coming through the front door.

This has never been the case with Andrew.  Since Andrew arrived Max has been fascinated by him.  He is never too far away and now that Andrew is running around the house he seeks Max out for puppy hugs and Max takes it like a champ :-)

I had recently pulled a few of these 'puppy love' pictures together and thought I would share.  Some of these are repeats and not always the most flattering pictures of Andrew (or Max for that matter) but as anyone that has tried to photograph children and pets (or multiple children, see New years eve photos) its pretty much impossible to get all subjects facing in the right direction!

You had to learn very quickly how to hold Andrew AND Max.
