This was the last day to pick your own apples at Windy Brow Farms so we got out early this morning to head over and pick some. The orchard was pretty picked over but the weather was perfect and the boys did a great job finding the apples that were left. Since the usual apples were all gone (macintosh, cortland, golden delicious etc) we got to try some new kinds and so far the kids have loved them. We also got some dessert (including homemade ice cream) and cider while we were there.
