Weekend with Gaga and Grandpa

Andrew and Dylan had a great weekend with their grandparents. They went and picked out pumpkins, spent some time at the park and tried on their Halloween costumes.  Dylan even got to have his grandparents to himself for a while when Andrew was at his friend Tori's birthday party.  As always it was a good visit and Andrew was sad to see them go but is excited that he will "see you soon!" when he heads up for Thanksgiving.

Fall Fun

On our way home from having pictures taken (which did NOT go as well as I had hoped) we stopped at Ort Farms to enjoy the beautiful fall weather and have some outside fun.

On Sunday I had on my football jersey and Andrew INSISTED that he had one too and I just had to "go find it"... hard to tell from this shot but it is WAY too small but he wore it with price anyway.

7 Months Old!

I attempted to do a fast photo shoot this morning with Dylan but we may need a second attempt when he gets home tonight. I had forgotten how hard it is to get these monthly shots once kids stop sitting still where you put them... Dylan is now all over the place!

Happy Birthday Jayda!

Saturday Andrew and his friends celebrated Jayda's 3rd birthday.

On the move...

Yesterday Dylan decided he has had enough of this rolling around thing and has pretty much figured out crawling. Some of it is more pulling himself with his arms... some of it actually resembles crawling. He is definitely determined to get moving. At the moment the primary motivation is to get to cookie monster but I'm guessing once he gets the hang of it you won't be able to stop him. I got some video catching him in the act.

3rd Birthday Party

On Saturday all of Andrew's friends came over to celebrate his birthday. They spent the afternoon playing in the yard and thankfully the dark, ominous clouds never turned to rain.   Andrew had so much fun he spent all day yesterday asking when his friends could come back over and play. He LOVED all his presents and last night before eating some leftover cake made me sing happy birthday to him.
