Happy 3rd Birthday Dylan!

Today Dylan turns 3.. and what a crazy 3 years it has been!

He started off the day by oversleeping and refusing to get out of bed.

Then a special birthday doughnut breakfast.

Then all dressed and ready for school.. cupcakes and celebrating with his buddies all day and then birthday dinner with his best friend tonight!

Yesterday was the official 3rd birthday photoshoot... what a big kid!

MORE Valentine's Day

Two days after their parties we finally went through all the boys' Valentines.  Andrew was able to read almost all of his friends names and now they have enough chocolate to last them until Halloween :-)

Valentine's Day at School

Since Valentine's Day is a Saturday today the boys are celebrating at school.  This is the first year that Andrew did all of his Valentine's all by himself!  It took a while but he did a great job!!

This morning they headed off to school in their new Valentine's day shirts that Gaga sent to have their parties and celebrate with all of their friends.  I'm guessing they will be all hopped up on sugar by the time I pick them up later :-)  Photographing moving targets first thing in the morning is always a challenge!

Big boy bed..

Last night was Dylan's last night in his crib.

Today we converted the crib into a toddler bed.  His first project this afternoon was to check it out and make sure that all of his 'guys' fit in it (which of course they do, its the same size as the crib.

Tonight his biggest issue was sleeping at the other end of the 'bed' but he finally settled in and is now sound asleep in his new "big boy" bed.

Saturday + Snow = FUN

Since we had a break from the frigid weather (it was actually above freezing today), there was nowhere we had to go and it was the perfect day to play in the snow.  It is already a little too deep for Dylan to walk around and another storm is coming through this week.
