Mother's Day at the zoo

For the second year in a row we spent mother's day at the Bronx zoo but this time we brought Gaga and Grandpa along to add to the fun. The weather was perfect and the boys had a blast!

Dylan was all about Grandpa this weekend

Unintentionally dressed alike for mother's day

Checking out the animals with Gaga
Still loves the Monorail
Check out Andrew's first ride on the monorail, not much has changed ;-)

Highlight of the afternoon.. Camel Ride!

Dylan's Birthday

Ian sent me the pictures he took of Dylan's birthday and since there are a few where he is actually SMILING I thought I would share them.

A year in pictures

I finally did something with all of the monthly photos that were taken of Andrew during his first year. With a little help from Ian I was also able to finish off Dylan's. Monthly photo shoots are not always a success but you can see how much both boys changed over their first year AND I think it confirms that they really don't look anything alike.

Here are the pictures of Andrew starting with 10/1/2009 and wrapping up with 10/1/2010

Here is Dylan's first year starting with 3/16/2012 and ending on 3/16/2013

Busy, busy weekend!!

Friday night we met some friends at the park and then had a pizza party. Saturday we headed to van saun park and zoo for Ryan's first birthday party. Sunday we headed down to Jayda's house to play while Mike and her dad built a new swing set to replace the one ruined by hurricane Sandy. Overall a super busy but very fun weekend!

Trike - A - Thon

On Friday Andrew and his friends from school participated in a Trike-A-Thon to benefit the kids at St. Jude's Childrens Research hospital. Together they raised over $1500 for this great cause! The little kids turned it into more of a "Scoot-A-Thon" as we discovered that riding their scooters was a much bigger success than anything with pedals but they all had a great time.

I can't wait until he outgrows 'Cheese face!'

After school trip to the park

After school we met up with Heath and Shay for some fun at the park. Andrew and Shay got in some practice for the trike-a-thon and the little guys hit the playground.
