A very Sesame New Year
On New Year's Eve we took our usual trip down to Sesame Place with some friends. We started the day with the New Year's countdown character lunch and then braved the cold for a day of rides and shows.

Christmas 2014
The boys must have squeaked by on the nice list because Santa did in fact come to our house last night and brought them everything that they asked for. Maybe the cookies they left for him last night tipped the scales in their favor. It was a quiet Christmas at home and the boys spent the day in their pajamas playing with their new toys. Dylan went down for a nap this afternoon and we haven't heard from him since so he should be well rested for his trip to Reading tomorrow ;-)
Before bed last night they left out the cookies they made for Santa and the carrot for his reindeer. We read Christmas books and then they headed off to bed.
Apparently the big guy liked his snack!
Today was spent unwrapping and playing with new toys!
Santa also decided the toy room needed some more storage... take a good look because I don't expect it to remain this neat and organized for very long!!
It was a very Merry Christmas and tomorrow we head to Reading to do some more celebrating!

The Saturday before Xmas
This morning we had to head out and finish up a little Christmas shopping, specifically the boys wanted to get their presents for each other.
Andrew ran into Santa while he was at Target and took one last chance to tell him what he wants for Christmas. Dylan wasn't interested this time around.
After our shopping we stopped and got some lunch and then headed home to play. It's a good thing we didn't stay out too long because shortly after we got home Santa showed up on a Firetruck with presents for Andrew and Dylan!!
After Santa's surprise visit it was time to make Christmas cookies!
After all that Christmas fun it was time for pajamas and to watch a Muppet Family Christmas and then a Muppet Christmas Carole. It was a very fun Saturday!

Breakfast with Santa - 2014
This morning was the annual Santa breakfast at Millside Cafe. We take the boys every year and for the first time they were BOTH thrilled to see Santa and sit in his lap. They had a blast!
