Yesterday was the start of the "Healthy Kids Running Series" and the boys participated in their first races. Dylan (ages 4 an 5) ran the 75 yard dash and Andrew (1st and 2nd grade) ran a 1/4 mile. They had a great time and Dylan has informed me that he 'gets it now' and plans to win next week... guess we shall see!

5 Years Old
There are no babies left in this house. This is the year that Dylan will graduate from day care and head off to Kindergarten.
These are all from this morning.. chocolate breakfast donut = wardrobe change before school :-)

Another year has gone by....
Dylan is 5 years old... Old enough to graduate from day care/preschool in June... Old enough to head to kindergarten in September... Seems impossible.
He has had another great year full of new things like summer camp and soccer, lots of traveling, trips to Sesame Place, the Bronx Zoo and Great Wolf Lodge and plenty of fun with his friends and his big brother.
We can't wait to see what the next year has in store for him!

The end of an era
Yesterday the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus performed for the last time in NJ. We went with Gaga and Grampa and the boys LOVED it. It's sad to see it end but we had a great time.

What do you do....
when its too icy and wet and FREEZING to go out and enjoy the snow...
You can do some chores
You can play with every Lego in the house.
You can do some chores
You can work on your Valentines for school.
You can play with every Lego in the house.
You can make Valentine's Day arts and crafts.
And when you are completely out of other ideas you can watch a movie with your dog :-)
